I bought a bag. A small bag which would be perfect with a summer dress.
The website says length of strap from Apex is 17cm. In actual fact is is shorter, so short that you cannot comfortably wear the bag on your shoulder, if you are a grown woman.
As I responded to an ad on twitter and bought online, I tweeted them asking if it was a childrens bag because it was so small. They just brushed me off and asked me to contact customer services to return it.
That would not refunded my £5 postage though.
I emailed yesterday. Have not heard anything yet. How long should I leave it?
