How long should I wait after contacting Radley Customer services before I leave a Review on their site?

I bought a bag. A small bag which would be perfect with a summer dress.

The website says length of strap from Apex is 17cm. In actual fact is is shorter, so short that you cannot comfortably wear the bag on your shoulder, if you are a grown woman.

As I responded to an ad on twitter and bought online, I tweeted them asking if it was a childrens bag because it was so small. They just brushed me off and asked me to contact customer services to return it.

That would not refunded my £5 postage though.

I emailed yesterday. Have not heard anything yet. How long should I leave it?

I'd say 2 days is reasonable.

doesn't this fall under Sale of Goods? That an item has to be as described?

If the bag strap is shorter than advertised then you have every right to return it and get your postage costs back.

If you haven't had a response within 24 hrs I would post a comment if you feel that strongly about it.

Why not call back and ask to speak to someone in a more senior position.

It is only 15 cm, 2 cm is quite a lot when you are talking about a very small under armpit style bag.
