...A giant red baseball cap with the words 'Mummy isn't home right now'?
We've just had a long weekend with DH away and I swear, every 3 minutes one DC (they are 4 and 8) or another will require some random thing of me. I do lots with them - yesterday I played endless badminton, Scrabble etc. But I feel like I'm always fair game for their niggles and needs.
Our holidays are 12 weeks long and by the end of it I think I'll be a basket case.
I'm thinking of putting the hat on after checking they are fed and watered for 30 mins a few times a day, just so I have my own head space during the long holidays. Is this a good or bad idea?
PS - I know I'll look at twat, but I'm prepared to suffer for a bit of head space.
