Yep, but a while after the fact. I went back for a little look see and it was there. Unless I dreamed it which is actually very possible.

you need a hot/cold/hot/cold attack. teaspoon in hot water and one in ice water. Alternate. (please don't burn yourself) will prob create a head or at least relieve some of the pressure. hate those things!!!!
