Soooo. I need a lot of sleep. I have to get up at 6 am. So WTF am I doing still up at 10.30? The last 3 nights I have been people's relationship counsellor/shoulder to cry on/wailing wall/confessional until far too late, via FB and phone, on two occasions simultaneously. Tonight it's exactly the same thing - what do I need to do to get to bed at a decent time, hide in the shed???
My children have a bedtime routine. I need one too.
