Had 2 floods, one in Jan, one in March. Flat was dried out weeks ago (around 100 flats affected). Have had concrete floors and no skirting boards since the first flood.
Management company and building owner supposed to be getting a contractor to do the work. Management company was all set to start work but now the buildings owner has said they want someone else to do it.
Meanwhile over 100 apartments with no proper flooring.
AIBU to want to go to the managing directors house (building company), rip out his carpets and see how he likes living with concrete flooring for months on end?
