If so could you PM me?
I have many questions to ask about;

a)boys achievement/under achievement

b)the current system fails learners who get into negative learning habits at a young age and how this pattern can effect them in later life.

c)the relationship between delayed gratification and academic success

d)the disparity between formative assessment and the ACTUAL grasp of a subject that someone might have.

Might I gently suggest that seems an awful lot to expect a professional person to deal with on here for free?

madmouse · 25/04/2012 12:56

blapbird · 25/04/2012 12:57

Are you writing an essay or something?

seeker · 25/04/2012 12:58

Loads of people will have insights- post on the education threads if you want discussion, opinion, advice and experiences.

PurplePidjin · 25/04/2012 12:59

Why not email those employed by your LEA?

Or start a discussion about your issues in the hope that everyone can learn something beneficial and you don't look quite so grasping and entitled

PurplePidjin · 25/04/2012 13:02

Report your OP, explain to lovely MNHQ (I like to offer them a Brew, looking after us lot can't be easy) why you want this to go, start a general discussion.

Ime, you'll get lots of helpful advice - but it's polite to wait for it to be offered Wink

We have not long had an educational psycologist visiting my DS at his school due to concrens that he may need to go into a special education class plus some other things they were concerned about. She was totally lovely and have put the things we have previously asked for in place at the school. Turns out that the move from NI back to the UK has affected him more than we thought but seeing massive improvments with him since she came allong! :)

Use google! :o I'm not being mean but honestly, type in each question and there's your answer!! Are you studying or are you asking about your DCs?
