...to expect Virgin Mobile to treat me with respect??

My husband has been trying for over one month to transfer a mobile number in his name ot mine. Over 2 hours to call centres and emails - still nothing. They would be happy enough to sell me a fresh contract in a new number though. Anyone else experienced rubbish service from them??

They have been extremely rude to me in the past. As soon as my contract is at an end, I'm off, elsewhere. They have also never bothered to reply to an email of complaint.

We had a terrible time with them over Feb/March. Their system couldn't cope with a leap year, didn't refresh DD2s phone contract, so started charging DD for every text , call etc. Cut her off as she had reached monthly payment limit after 2 days.
This was just after MIL died so we needed to keep in touch with her, didn't need the added stress
I lost count of the times I was on the phone to the call centre at my expense.
They did refund the "overcharge" but no compensation for the aggro

Fingers crossed its sorted now.
