AIBU to think I live in the best street

We have lovely neighbours particularly either side of us - always friendly - not in each others pockets but happy to help out and we just look out for each other. On our left is an elderly couple and on occasions I run one or other to them to the doc or into town. And they pop in and feed our dog / let it in the garden if we are going to be out for any length of time - I treasure our neighbours

I see your street and raise you a fantastic street party last year, a summer picnic, and occasional evenings out - eg mums nights out (25 of us to alocal restaurant), dads trip to a beer festival...

I think I might live in the best street!

I was going to come here and YABU, because I thought this was a Property Porn thread. I now realise this is not the case. So, YANBU. My street is a bit like this, but I think it's partly because of lot of neighbours are retired, or work part-time, and have more time for this stuff. Its much harder I think for peope who are working full time, juggling everything. I don't, btw.
