To think this is a bit odd

A Facebook acquaintance of mine has posted a picture of a clearblue pregnancy test stick reading 2-3 weeks (test performed today).

I know it's not really any of my business, and her call, etc. I don't really care about it, but it's so far from what I would do, it seems a bit odd to me.

AIBU to think that telling the world at this point is rather premature?

Obviously op has never miscarried, I shared my news at 8wks, not on fb I add thank goodness it didn't exist then, I then miscarried at 11wks believe me un telling people your news is far worse than keeping quiet for a few weeks. Only people this has never happened to say I would want people to know so they could provide support.

I only told one person other that DP when I got a bfp, unfortunately it wasn't to be, telling my friend wasn't easy but I was so glad I had someone to talk too.

I have a friend on FB who posts everything and I love seeing her updates. Pic of her growing bump, cravings, countdown the lot, nice to see someone so happy and enjoying pregnancy, gives me hope and something to look forward too.

Weestick is deffo TMI. Rest is... meh. Fine as long as you can face up to all the things that might go wrong, too. I guess plenty of folk are naive about that.
