I've been with my DH since I was 17 and i'm 33 now. I had a few boyfriends before and DH and I split up briefly twice when I was in my early 20s for a couple of years in grand total, so I am not a stranger to the cock and have experienced probably 1/2 a dozen.

i have only orgasmed through penetration when very, very drunk and only in doggy position (could be related to general dirtier sex at those times though). about 3 or 4 times a year we like to leave the kids with the grandparents, get away to a nice hotel, have a nice meal and lots of booze and have bloody good sex away from the distractions of home (i find hotel sex is also a lot better than sex in your own home). maybe try a few dirty nights away?
