rather than keep it at their warehouse until they are not too busy to deliver it??
I ordered something last Sat on a next day delivery, understanding this wouldn't be until Monday. Monday comes and no parcel. Phone Yodel Tuesday morning and they say it 'should' be with you before the end of the week be we can't say for sure as we're so busy. I offer to pick it up - no, can't do that as they're not allowing anyone to pick up parcels as they're so busy.
What can I do?
Have phoned the supplier and they will refund the postage but can't do anything as the parcel is in Yodel's warehouse.
Can I legally ask them to send another with another courier?
