This really gets on my nerves, The White Company invite you to email Chrissie Rucker (owner) if you feel strongly about something, after really really dreadful service I emailed her, heard nothing email again, heard nothing so when the delivered me someone else's order by mistake (manually re-addressed to me at my address some massive cock up god knows how) I decided to keep it as was so hacked off with them by that point. Why even invite people to email you if you have no intention of replying.

OP they've probably received 100's similar/worse/random and can't be arsed to reply.

Write to them. Enclose a copy of your original email. Explain they are not holding up their end of their Customer Charter.

Oh and - Mothercare clothes are far too expensive and not worth the money. Go somewhere else with better service!
