Tesco need to a take a leaf out of Waitrose's book. A few weeks ago the day after I had hand surgery I arranged for a Waitrose Delivery. I had just worked 14 days straight and had worked the last 72hours prior to surgery without break so no chance to get to the supermarket so it was a fairly large shop.
When I opened the door in my PJs and a sling the Waitrose delivery men (there were 2 of them) then looked in each bag told me what was in the bag and then placed them in the correct room for me so I only had to lift things out individually not carry any full bags.
Plus unlike Ocado and Tesco (have used them both in the past) Waitrose are never ever outside their time slot and on a couple of occasions have telephoned to ask if it was a problem if they were early!

Dear Tesco
Pissing of pregnant women is a really stupid idea.
People with babies who eventually grow up to be hungry teenagers need a lot of food.
You're welcome.

I have a friend who only has parking at the bottom of a hill and then there is a row of houses along the top of the hill. It's quite common in this area.

She had a Sainsbury's delivery and a driver who had to carry the bags up the steep steps. He didn't just leave it at the bottom of the hill.

Same thing surely?
