to think office snack boxes are the spawn of the devil

So:

This is my first week back at work after ML.

There is an office snack box full of crisps, chocolate bars, etc.

I still haven't lost all of the baby weight.

I have absolutely no willpower.

How can I make sure I keep my beak out of the snack box? Seriously, how?

And tell everyone in my office to stop having birthdays and bringing in loads of goodies too.

how about a friut bowl at your sesk or a sin pot......every time you have a snack put £1 in there

McHappyPants2012 · 27/03/2012 21:16

Patients in our ward keep leaving us lots of lovely choccies and bickies for being so wonderful, don't they know I'm trying to lose this baby weight? Biscuit

Same here, mainly men at work too so they are always bringing in biscuits etc, the few women in the office all bake (including me) so there are too many temptations, especially when you are there 10 hours with no break - it seems to ease the pain ;o)

I like the idea of a sin box, but I just know that all it will take is a particularly stressful day, and the money from the sin box will find its way to the snack box Blush

Maybe I should just call in sick until I am back to my former size?
