i'm expecting.
I just feel permanently half asleep and like I have the mother of all hangovers ;( (the cruel irony)
And I cant take things like Pro-plus to perk me up and I'm cutting down on tea i.e cup size, frequency etc which makes my extreme fatigue worse.
What can I do thats safe to perk me up a bit?

Half a pint of water always works with me.

Also, have you had your iron levels tested? Constant tiredness can be a symptom of anemia. Are you getting plenty of iron from food sources, alongside vitamin C?

How far along are you? I was permanently half asleep in the first trimester... Boss found it amusing that I spent my lunch break taking a nap. Grin

Also, it may be worth power napping when you can; set your alarm for 20 minutes, and just sleep... Resist the urge to press snooze, though...

Congratulations, btw. :)
