Aibu to prefer helicopter toddler vomiting to manflu?

We've all picked up a tummy bug from nursery. DS appears to be over it now, I had it and now I think DP is getting it although he's not admitting to it.

If you had to make a choice would you choose a projectile vomiting toddler or ... The Manflu?

I'd choose the toddler everytime. They are easier then man flu!

Pretty much anything is better than Manflu IME. I have more sympathy for the projectile vomiting toddler who for the most part either sleeps or plays between vomiting sessions than I do for the adult male prone on the sofa unable to do anything but refusing to take himself off to bed. Especially if I have had the exact the same illness the week before and managed to perform all my usual duties without complaint.

Yes to sleeping on sofa instead of bed. I really don't get that. But maybe being fed plastic vegetables from a persistent toddler will break him

Well I hate cleaning up vomit that has been sprayed on every wall/surface/piece of furniture/curtain etc etc in a room (so glad mine are past that stage and almost always make it to the loo in time!) so I am going to go for the man-flu as at least I can go out and leave a man to wallow in his own misery it!
