yes probably a thread about a few threads , but was is the fixation about peoples earning and being rich/poor ATM ,
has mumsnet always been like this and i just havn't noticed Does it really matter what the value of your house is or which tax bracket you are in, Maybe Its just me but it is it really needed and why are others so interested .

Yanbu, Iv'e noticed to, but in a way I like it because it makes me grateful that we aren't there anymore.

Iv'e noticed that one person starts a thread about something and then 4 other people start a thread a about the same sort of thing. Goes on forever!

It helps to see what other people are going through, especially if they are in the same boat as you. I'm thinking of the debt threads more than the house value ones.

You could always hide the threads if they bother you. Not being funny or anything btw.

YANBY, personally I just don't care what anyone else earns/how much their home is worth etc.

The place seems to have gone a bit mad tbh. I blame a) Mothers Day and b) Fathers 4 Justice. Just because.
