I was lucky in a way that I was 11 weeks pregnant before I found out so didn't have to keep quiet for long. Then again, I missed out on almost 3 months excitement (and worry).

Was going through a stressful takeover at work at the time and didn't notice I'd missed my first period. Put the second missed period down to stress then eventually wondered why I'd sore boobs. Took a girl 15 years my junior to point out the obvious
