To not want to do the treadmill at 8 at night and on my birthday

My dh has just bought a treadmill and has gone in a huff with me because I said I was not going on the treadmill tonight. It's my birthday and kids didn't get in bed until 8. All I want to do is have a few drinks in front of the tv. It's my birthday I'm sure I deserve a night off.
I am trying to lose weight been on slimming world and wanted this treadmill. I've lost 16 pounds in 6 weeks. But I'm sure I deserve a night off.
Aibu to want a night off on my birthday.
