Space Raider, pickled onion flavour were very strong!

The last time I brought a multi pack, years ago, for my tea they were flavourless.

Salt and vinegar, Snaps were lovely.

YANBU I bought a packet of quavers and a packet of squares the other day - the daylight robber nice lady asked for £1.39!!!!!!!

Bag of crisps (Smiths or Golden Wonder) 6d
Blackjacks or Fruit Salads 1d for 2 (My big sis remembers when you could use farthings for these)

And just post-decimal (1971) there was a chippie on Kings Street Hammersmith that had a kids portion of chips for 2p... about 100yds from where McD's is now.
