To want to kick myself for ordering from this company and wasting my money?

Ok, so I know I am not being unreasonable but in an attempt to get their name out there so no-one else gets their money stolen, I am posting!

and I ordered over £60 of stuff for our Archos tablet, a present for DH, I had really wanted to get him a case etc for it and had ordered it all far too late before his birthday, well over 4 weeks ago now - and it hasn't arrived. It was the only place we could find everything we needed in the UK (at least I thought it was!), I had been looking for ages.

All emails from them have been either ignored or just fobbed off, apparently although their address shows as in London, they are actually in America, and ship from Hong Kong - which whilst itself isn't a problem, coupled with no stuff and no explanation, seems to indicate they are a scam.

oh well you live you learn......I am an idiot, I checked a little before ordering, but only the first page of google, was fine or so it seemed.

Have posted this on Google+, will do twitter and FB, anyone think they could repost their name so it gets out there?

Have you contacted trading standards?

They are american, so I don't think the rules apply, however I have just realised I paid by Paypal! So can get my money back! Yay!

That's a shame that happened. This company are v reputable and I think you'll find this is the perfect substitute.

Have you tried phoning them? There is a number on the website 020 8133 3571

It seems odd as they've been about since 2002 which is a long time to run a scam. Normally scam websites turn out not to have been registered for long.

Hope you manage to find what you need elsewhere and good luck getting money back from paypal

Good luck with Paypal, I hope they are more helpful than they were with me. I ordered a book and some bits as a set from the US, it never arrived and emails were ignored. I sent it all to Paypal and they replied saying "my order did not fit their conditions so was not covered", I never managed to find out why. Luckily it wasn't too expensive.

I WANT the rotating tree, right now....see, this is where the problem lies, I can't help myself!

I did think they were fine, website looked good, looked UK based (that number takes you to a warehouse where they 'deliver' from....or not...

I am pleased I paid with Paypal, but worried now I still won't get the money back after your post Tranquilidade meanwhile no present for DH still!

(apart from the tree, when it arrives!)

Try Amazon for accessories etc. I got fab stuff for Archos and IPad on there.
