Ive just been offered the chance to star in 3 porn films and be payed £15k per film for the privilage!

Now porn has never even crossed my mind and I cant imagine anyone would want to watch me and the thought of someone I know stumbling across it is just too embarrasing so Id never consider it BUT things are more than a bit tight atm and thats A LOT of money..

Just have to wait for the lottery win i guess!

People always used to say I should do page 3 pre-baby days but I wouldn't even consider that. Just couldn't.

I'm sorry op but you are being scammed. An established porn star would have trouble commanding that sort of fee. Whoever made you that offer is trying to exploit you. Don't do it.

Ok if he found you on a dating sight then that sets alarm bells off straight away. If you haven't spoken to him/them face to face the don't go there. They have probably sent the same messages to 100's of other women.

I would have to know absolutely everything to even consider it. Place, time, could I take someone with me, where it was being sold, who to ect. I would have to see the people in person as well as the other people involved in the filming.
You need to put your safety above evrything else.

Yes the girl on girl thing makes sense. But this sounds like a major con!

I'd be concerned about the offer.

If you want to be a porn star then I think good on you, I know if I had the body I wouldnt be shy doing soft core, but that's a lot of money. They re going to want a lot for their investment. From a quick google, starting out you would expect five to eight hundred for a female performer.

The second thing is, why would they k you to do three movies if you have never done any before, no one knows how good you are in front of the camera etc.

I think it's dodgy. And not just dodgy as in it's porn. Dodgy as in a scam somehow.

So If They only make 100 copies and they are sold at say £20 each that's only £2000 turnover

So why would they pay you A minimum more than what they would even sell? That make no sense.... At all

Sorry, am I reading this correctly?
A man on a dating website has, rather than ask if you'd like a drink sometime, offered you a career in porn?
Do you honestly, honestly think this is kosher? Personal views on the industry aside, do you think this is a nice man who is helping you out, or do you think that he's actually a not-very-nice man who is using dating websites to seek out vulnerable, cash-strapped women and lure them into what is likely to be a deeply unpleasant set-up?

I wouldn't, but if you're seriously going to consider it, think about these points:

  1. What will you do if friends/family see it? How will you handle that?
  1. What will you do if your children come across it on the internet in future years?
  1. Have you considered that this could be used against you as a form of blackmail in future years?
  1. What contract (if any) have you seen? Do you know if this is actually legal?
  1. Have you discussed what sexual acts will be taking place? Have you thought about what you would and would not be prepared to do?
  1. How many sexual partners will you be expected to perform with in each film and what measures are in place to protect your sexual health? Bear in mind that it is possible to contract STIs even with condoms, and incorrectly performed anal sex (and even rough vaginal for that matter) can lead to tearing and other sexual injuries. What happens then?
  1. Do you know what to do if you start filming and feel that you are being abused/exploited/had your working terms altered?
  1. Would you do it if the price was £150 each?. Because if you wouldn't, then that pretty much confirms that you are being exploited. Few people work for nothing, even if they love their job, but quite a lot work in a low paid role because they love their job and choose to do it for a lesser reward than something they hate for a higher rate of pay. If you were genuinely happy to be filming porn, you'd do it for the £150 since it's all extra money on top of what you're currently getting. IF you wouldn't do it for that, don't do it all.
  1. Do you get paid beforehand or after? Be very, very wary if the latter.

Just bear in mind that 75% of porn 'stars' have been abused, coerced or forced through desperate circumstances. Most of these suffer dissociative episodes when 'performing', which can be very damaging to long term mental health and result in PTSD. That's not to say that some can't enjoy it, but as a woman with no experience in this field, can you be sure that you are really in that category?

If you're going to do it, do it because you love the idea of having adventurous and boundary-pushing sex on camera. Do NOT do it because you need the money.
