does anyone have the Noah trundle bed from Feather and Black

I know this isn't AIBU but thought most likely to get noticed here...

When you elevate the trundle bed should it be the same height as the main bed, I specifically checked this in store and was told it would be, but now it is assembled (by the delivery company) and we have come to use it, it is quite a bit lower than the other bed even when up on the feet....is this as high as it goes?

Either way it's wrong. Either it has something wrong with it, or the store didn't tell you the truth about it. Go and see them tomorrow and complain.

Can you see it on their website? What information does it say about it?

doesn't have a picture of it in the upright position on the website, and doesn't actually say anything other than that it folds out to create a single bed...

kind of seems pointless elevating it onto legs for it only to be a different height might as well keep it on the floor...

Well, smaller legs might fit under the other bed more easily. Hope it works out for the best. I think M & S do a version that comes up to the same level if you end up getting the money back!
