To think that sex-toys are not pornographic?

French court defines sex toys as pornography

This seems wrong to me. Sex toys are not the same as porn. I can understand people being upset if they were being displayed in a shop window near a school but I doubt this was the case.

I wouldn't have had a problem with it as long as any vibrators and stuff weren't displayed in the window. I hope there's also a ban on lingerie shops being anywhere near schools in France, because if not then this is another of those Christian fundamentalists trying to rule everyone's lives kind of thing.

Lingerie is french to begin with, isn't it? I can't see that being banned.

Trust me to comment on a sex toys post Blush Just wanted to add that the here in SW France there's 2 lingerie shops within 2 mins of the school. Infact the nursery walk past one to get to the afterschool club. Don't think that's going to change anytime soon.
