I know I am - its a huge full time commitment , currently SAHM P/T ish kind of thing so not really sure I can take on all it's asking- will probably not be offered it but will be disappointed if they don't - they said they'd let me know tomorrow .
I know IABU but aarrrrgh it's the first proper job I've applied for in 12 years.

Thanks sarcalogs - I want to be offered it but I don't know what I'd say if I was - so it would be more practical if I didn't get it but it would be nice to know they wanted me more than the other three- can I ask where I came, as in a close second,(hoping desperately) if they don't offer it to me?

Of course you can ask, BUT they may not tell you/ they may lie. You will have to judge for yourself how sincere you think they are.

It's fine to decline it if you don't want it - they might be a bit disappointed but they'll get over it. :) And if you can't offer the kind of commitment they are looking for, they will be grateful that you're telling them now and not a few weeks/months down the line.

As for finding out where you came if you didn't get the job, well you can ask! However, if I was asked that question, I might not answer it. It isn't always that clear cut in any case. But definitely ask for feedback.

Haven't been told either way today - all that bloodly stressing last night - have decided therefore I haven't been offered it and it is a good thing and I didn't want it and wouldn't have accepted it anyway - sticking tongue out yah boo sucks to them.......
OK so I probably would have liked it ...OH I DON'T KNOW !! I've got another interview tomorrow and I'm definitely not going to get this one either as I have no idea why they have invited me for interview as I don't think I'm actually qualified for this one [sigh]
