just watching the one show and thinking is it not obvious that coco as in chocolate is going to have sugar in it. Am I just being an idiot for thinking that this is a bit patronizing ?

well going by the rational that most if not all chocolate and chocolate related products contain sugar, as does pretty much everything, you would think it would be fairly obvious! But then im a cereal freak so i would know these things
