You know i dont normally bother with v day but inspired by the flowers to a man thread on friday i ordered dh some retro sweets on Friday night and figuring v day was today eg tuesday i upgraded my p and p to first class and put in a borktastic v day message . Today i get a shipping notification as only been sent today - i emailed the company who said apparently it wasnt clear it was a valentines gift (heart chocs and jelly hearts in a fecking heart shaped box with a shite message from me). I am fuming. Anyway DH isnt getting any sweet loving from me tonight AIBU?

The fact they were heart shaped and accompanied by a shite message, probably didn't give the company a clue if they sell that sort of thing all the time.

You only ordered it friday night, presumably after COB, so I can't imagine how you expected it to arrive today!

Well i run an online shop and i would have posted them Saturday first class if my custoemr had requested that option which was given to me. I would have then expected them to arrive the Monday which i dont think is that unreasonable or even for them to arrive today being Tuesday if they couldnt send Saturday and sent Monday instead but they havent even been dispatched till today grrr.
