DD is 17 months and has 2 molars coming through. She slept from 1am to 5am last night. I spent most of the time with her chewing my nips off. If I put her down she shrieks. She now won't sleep full stop. Meds make no difference.

I love her dearly but this is just so tedious and boring. Because nothing helps I feel like I may as well not bother. Feel dreadfully guilty for thinking it though.

Just being near her will comfort her so you are right to bother.

Have a strong coffee and good luck!

Have you tried anbesol liquid directly onto the gums. It's the only thing that brough relief to my DC's (and my ears.) Avail from the pharmacy counter. It's antiseptic and anaesthetic, bliss for poorly babies and toddlers. she must be feeling awful.Sad

Repeat: this too shall pass, this too shall pass...

Bit early for wine. Coffee? Brew? Are you able to get 15 minutes to yourself?

She's totally fine, just tired. If I let her play she is happy for a bit then starts howling with tiredness. I'm sure I've been through this before but blocked it out!
