I have 2 dc both with lots of health problems, and a new neighbour who parties constantly, has different blokes round all through the day and night and generally doesnt give a shit about any one else, most weekends she is drunk and screaming in the street at who ever gets in her way. The music goes on until 3/4 am and i have really had enough. AIBU?

Keep a diary of times when the noise is audible in your house and contact your local council's environmental health dept. often they have info about noise nuisance on their website.

YANBU. Does your neighbour own the house or is it rented? If the latter, is there any way you can get in touch with her landlord about the anti-social behaviour? If the noise levels are truly awful then contact your local Environmental Health department too.

Keep contacting you council and keep a diary of everything. Although be aware that if you're planning on moving soon you have to declare any disputes.
