To think the house for sale over the road should be on the agents website by now?

Just to satisfy my curiousity. The board went up last week and I've been checking daily.
It still isn't up. I want to know how they hid their four boxers and one GSD from the cameras.

Why don't you google the address ? Sometimes property goes onto other websites before the actual agents one. If you want to know the price then just phone up the agent, you don't need to give a name. My mum used to do that years ago before the internet.

GSD = German Shepherd Dog

I'd like to know how she hid them too. I sometimes wonder how we'd ever sell this house with massive mutts sprawled all over the furniture (one on a sofa and one upstairs on our bed as I type).

A house near us didn't go online for weeks but agents were happy to give details over phone/take viewings. When it did go online this week it looked a complete dump and not worth the asking price so presumably it suited the agents not to put it online as more likely to get people through the door.

Yes, german shepherd dog.
Good idea about the googleage. I imagine the people selling are cross, the board has been up for ages.

Glad I am not the only person who does this lol

Nope, not a sausage. I did find a house I fancied though. It is very rundown and has not been touched since the 70s I'd say. It has four bedrooms and is very cheap.
I doubt we'd manage to sell this one and it's in the wrong area for DDs school.

I think some people may not want their houses on the web either, cuts down the people who just want a nosey rather then being genuine (I'm nosey, always go on the website when a neighbour's house goes up for sAle - not calling you nosey)

Grin our road is quite short and I'd say split 50/50 between people under 60 and those over.
I know that NDN on each side don't have internet so that rules them out of nosying.
I imagine it's to do with the dogs. I wouldn't particularly want to view a house with that many dogs in it. Apologies to the doggy people here, it would smell.
