Ok so Im having to move out of my house as they have finally decided to sort out the rising damp problem thats been going on for the past few years . To do this it means I have to clear the house of all my stuff move out for 2 months and then move back in !! Having spoken to the previous tenant it appears there was an issue when she lived there and part of the reason she moved out. The house is old and Ive had so many workmen come round for water leaks and other issues. Am I being unreasonable to ask them to pay the removal costs and also tell them I dont really want to move back in if they move me into a better house??

What is their policy?

I have no idea they are looking at the move as a decamp and this means they want me to move back in how can I explore this further?
