They can send me marketing emails. They can send me a text to remind me to be in when the delivery is scheduled. They have my mobile number, my landline number and my email. But not a word when they decide to cancel the delivery. Fair enough if there was too much snow (which in my part of London there isn't, but that's not my complaint anyway). But I had no idea if the delivery was delayed or cancelled until I contacted them after a very patient 3 hours! The Customer Servic eDdirector talks a good story in media articles but I'd like to let her know the real experience. So if anyone has the email address for Gwyn Burr please let me know. It will save me the hassle of eventually plying it out of Sainsburys staff (who refused to even give me the responsible Director's name) or continuing my impersonation of Sherlock Holmes :)
