Yikes! No way - looks like Amityville.

TheCuntwormUnderfoot · 27/01/2012 15:51

Feel the icy grip of the LADY MAYOR, your new bessie.

newyearnewattitude · 27/01/2012 16:04

I think it looks lovely!

theincredibequeenofwands · 27/01/2012 16:16

Needs repainting.

Maybe a nice shade of yellow.

Is that the only picture??

lesley33 · 27/01/2012 16:21

Probably a scam - so no don't bid. If something looks too good to be true, it usually it is.

Feminine · 27/01/2012 16:22

I like it.

The area reminds me a bit of the UK countryside :)

Feminine · 27/01/2012 16:23

Lesley, why a scam? it doesn't look that nice! Grin

HopeEternal · 27/01/2012 16:25

But, do you want to move to Bulgaria?

PippiLongBottom · 27/01/2012 16:25

Thats a fucking serial killers house that is. In my opinion only of course.

CarrieAnnRegardless · 27/01/2012 16:25

Have you checked the ofsted fr the local school?

Feminine · 27/01/2012 16:27

May I suggest this site again britishexpats.com

see how others are doing in a similar spot!

winnybella · 27/01/2012 16:29

Scaaaaam. Don't bid.

And the house is awful.

If you want a country house, 100.000 will get you a lovely house with acres and acres of woodland/lakes etc in Poland.

TakeYourScaffoldingWithYou · 27/01/2012 16:30

Stop and think - where would your nearest Ikea/Waitrose/Soft Play Hell Hole be? People have been caught by these scams before and had to drive for hours to source cheap tealights and unnecessary houseplants.

lesley33 · 27/01/2012 16:32

Scam because you have to pay £350 to the buyers to put the property in your name on top of the buying price. No guarantee that if you win the bid and pay your £350 that the house will ever actually be in your name.

DharmaCeutical · 27/01/2012 16:32

I don't think Ocado deliver there, y'know.

RoughShooting · 27/01/2012 16:35

Is this a novel way of you advertising your Bulgarian house, OP?

Pandemoniaa · 27/01/2012 16:36

Some Awful is In the Woodshed there. Or quite possibly, Under the Floorboards.

Feminine · 27/01/2012 16:37

lesley Oh, I forgot about that bit... you are right.

JustHecate · 27/01/2012 16:43

what the hell is that? That's never a house is it? Where people live?

winnybella · 27/01/2012 16:48

I was actually wondering the same thing, RoughShooting...This is OP's only post on MN.

lesley33 · 27/01/2012 16:49

Have reported it as a probable scam
