Can I just add to the general response which is they are harmless and welcoming and if you are not interested just don't click on them. Ffs.

Can I add that very few of the 'clique' threads are cliques.

The nobdies welcome anyone. I am a lazy ipoater. Anyone can join the ipoats, they will be welcomed, they just have to join in with the general theme.

No one says 'oi, all my mates, let's go over here and ignore everyone else'. Every 'clique' thread I know has just evolved from a bunch of random people on a random thread finding an interest or commonality and continuing to post around it. They will start to know each other. That doesn't mean they would not welcome new arrivals.

Continuing threads are just like soaps though and take commitment. Plus you have to hang around a while going 'wtf' until you get the idea.

But ignore them or join in. Snarky posting from the side is childish
