Ds is 4 and knows bed time on the clock, usually 7.30.

they are so tired and fighting constantly, they both have head colds and tbh I think I will loose the will to live if a act as ref much longer today

fyi dd is 2.5

put the TV on a channel like BBC3 or BBC4 and tell them all the TV people have gone to bed too
