Absolutely fine.

absolutely, add a little milk before cooking so it isn't too dry, sometimes the pasta absorbs a lot of the sauce and it just needs a bit of added moisture, or perhaps a sprinkle of extra cheese on top ans a few tomatoes.

Add some extra milk when reheating to stop it being to thick and sticky.

HSMM · 24/01/2012 12:16

yes. Yum. You could sprinkle some extra cheese on too

I had macaroni cheese leftovers for lunch at work yesterday - not anywhere near as tasty as freshly cooked, but filled my tum anyway!

danceswithyarn · 24/01/2012 12:34

If you reheat in microwave you won't need extra fluid. I tend to bung it in tupperware so I can take to work!
