Teehee - what a fab message from a 5 year old! And I find those things annoying, though I haven't told DD (aged 6), who believes that I love them as much as she does (cowardly, no?).

You'll have to keep that note, it's brilliant! I keep all things like that in memory boxes. When my step-daughter turned 18 (been her stepmum since she was 8), I put a scrapbook together of all the little things I'd collected over the years (including school reports and a photo of her really messy bedroom!) with captions. She loved it. I shall be doing the same for my other children. Grin And, no, you're not BU!! Wink

Forgive my ignorance but what are Zhuzhu pets? Without this information I can't really make a judgement Grin

My friends Dad passed around a similar note during his speech at her wedding!

I once told DD's imaginary pet mouse that she shouldn't tell DD to do things which got her into trouble if she wanted to live with us. Mouse didn't speak to me for a week and blew a raspberry behind my back Hmm

YANBU re Zhuzhu pets, thankfully Ds's got kicked toddled under the sofa and lives there now.

Said (2nd hand) zhuzhus were a 'gift' from dds friend's mum (trying to get rid of them methinksHmm)

As DD happily pointed out to me 'They are very old - and they smell really cheesy!! I think the cats have been playing with them.' Grin
