YANBU to think she is "a little bit" selfish. She is being VERY selfish (if the article is accurately reporting what she said).

Yes she's selfish, but she wouldn't get her articles published in the Mail if she wasn't.
YABU to be surprised/shocked/sucked in by a horrible woman story in the Mail.

She is being completely unfair , she left the husband and he tried to make it work for 3 more years while she was still pushing him away , now he has moved on and she still wants to be in control .... poor kid

so... long term thinking here... her kid, in her mind, has to stay with the mother of his children, and she can't have any kids already or her son should have nothing to do with them.... and god forbid he's widowed with kids right? he has to stay single forever?? as obviously his time with his kids being just with them, and no mums house, would mean he would have to be single forever

yeah... thats a functional family.

you know because obviously her kid would be held to the same values as his dad.

actually... thinking it through... I'd kinda really love to be there when she wants to be in a relationship again... to watch the ex turn it back on her
