Just missed a delivery from Yodel (despite being in
) and the card has "we have left your parcel for you to collect from - a safe place" marked on it then some indecipherable writing where the description of where to find said item. Cannot see item outside and no idea what it is so not quite sure what I am looking for.
DH ordered a computer recently but I really hope a high value item would not be left outside [worried]. Anyway the annoying automated system just gives me redelivery options and the website is the same and no customer service number at all.... How do I know it is being redelivered automated systems do not give me assurances.
Anyone have a number I can call????
