to want to speak to a human being at 'Yodel' ?

Just missed a delivery from Yodel (despite being inConfused) and the card has "we have left your parcel for you to collect from - a safe place" marked on it then some indecipherable writing where the description of where to find said item. Cannot see item outside and no idea what it is so not quite sure what I am looking for.

DH ordered a computer recently but I really hope a high value item would not be left outside [worried]. Anyway the annoying automated system just gives me redelivery options and the website is the same and no customer service number at all.... How do I know it is being redelivered automated systems do not give me assurances.

Anyone have a number I can call????

oh I'm having trouble with them - try keep pressing star and get through to someone - good luck - I haven't had any! (I was in on the first "missed delivery" too)

I had this with yodel before christmas- they are an awful delivery service. I can't remember how I eventually ended up speaking to a person but I think I googled yodel service centre followed by where I am and got a number that way.

Mystery solved - the 'helpful' delivery bloke - basically opened our side gate by putting hand over top of gate and pulling the bolt across and opened our shed and left the parcel in there. I eventually worked out that is what had happened when I saw the bolt on the side gate was open. Then he wrote down shed in an as yet unknown language or something... how hard is it to write 'in shed' in capitals??? yet when I rang automated system - it did not say already delivered just gave me option for redelivery - most unhelpful - sigh.
