...and that my two year old is unreasonable to want to eat them all day every day?
It is my fault I guess - as a joke we gave him one as his first finger food, because they came served on the plate with our sandwich. He sucked on it like it was a lollypop and the joke backfired.
Since then he has requested 'you buy me dis pickles mommy?' every time we go to the grocery store... just the smell makes me heave, but I can't think of a good reason not to buy them for him.
How many is unhealthy to scoff in a day? He is sat on the sofa right now, happy as larry, gobbling a pickle of such size that even Chasey Lain would wince and cross her legs... he gets through half a jar in one sitting, and prefers them over any other food...
My fingers smell permanently picklish no matter how much soap I use and I miss the way he used to smell before this obsession took hold (he now smells like a Big Mac).
Please tell me this is a stage and one day he will loathe the hideous monstrosities as much as I do?
