to be pissed off about having to cancel my hairdressing appoinment

i gave up smoking 1st january, and i though as a treat i would get my hair done(not had it done in about 3 years)......the works, wash cut restyle blowdry.

got to cancel as the money i have saved needs to go else where( sods law)....feel so pissed off as i have given up so wanted reward myself :(

Don't think of it as your only treat gone forever! Think of it as one of many treats postponed slightly!

Other treats you can enjoy RIGHT NOW include: being able to sort out washer without panicking, borrowing etc (can't put a price on peace of mind!) not stinking of smoke, being able to smell nice things, wear lipstick without it ending up all over a fag, not having to worry about your health...

And postpone the appointment to next month, don't just cancel it. Then you still have something to look forward to / work towards.

going to have a bottle of wine with my mum instead..........but going to get this hair done next month i work to hard giving up (still it is hard work).

just thank god i don't need to get into debt further
