to think the Paper Jamz guitar music is not appropriate?

I got DS (6yo) a Paper Jamz electric guitar toy thing for Christmas from a leading children's toy shop. The music it plays is some rock tune (I'm too old to recognise or know it) but the lyrics say something like 'She's got a body I can barely believe... I'm gonna ride her all night long'
AIBU to think these lyrics are a bit inappropriate for a child's toy or am I just being an old prude?
DS is now singing these lyrics, even though he doesn't realise the meaning of what he is saying. I'm worried he will sing it at school or in front of MIL!

My mum wanted to get this for my ds (7) this Christmas. I vetoed it but I'd have been shocked if it had lyrics like that. Did you get it from John Lewis? If so I'd take it back and complain. The age group for it is 8 to 12 so there is no way those lyrics are age appropriate.

I got it from The Entertainer. I'd happily take it back/bin it, but DS absolutely loves it (thinks he is the next Mick Jagger). The one we got didn't have an age recommendation on it as far as I can remember, but I assumed it would be ok as it is just a paper guitar from a CHILDREN'S toy shop!! Even if it does say 8-12 the lyrics are still not appropriate imo

The different versions have different songs - perhaps you could return it and ask for a different set of songs?

I didn't realise. Thanks lagrandissima, good idea

Is it this song? I think it's about a motorbike, maybe you could explain to him? But yeah, if you're uncomfortable then change it...

Found these details on this website www.iwantoneofthose.com/paper-jamz/index.html so you can choose which songs you want him to have. :)

"Five different varieties available:

1. Stratocaster style. Songs: 'What I Like About You', 'Two Princes' and 'End Of The World'.
2. Telecaster style. Songs: 'Born To Be Wild', 'Mississippi Queen' and 'Smoke On The Water'.
3. Flying V style. Songs: 'You Really Got Me', 'Blitzkrieg Bop' and 'Godzilla'.
4. Explorer style. Songs: 'Hey There Delilah', 'All Star' and 'Helicopter'.
5. SG style. Songs: 'Woman', 'Rock Star' and 'Take It To The Limit'."

Wow GinLimeandLemonade, thanks so much for the detailed reply! A motorbike, ha, that makes sense, now I feel silly (but you see my confusion and why I jumped to that conclusion!)
