Here (taken for a dating site troll)

OP posts:
bruxeur · 31/12/2011 14:07

Racist, misogynist dick.

bruxeur · 31/12/2011 14:07

Awesome x-post!

TheSpreadingChestnutTree · 31/12/2011 14:08

Yeah I could have cut about 50 words out of my post couldn't I? Grin

toweraboveyou · 31/12/2011 14:09

Chestnut and bruxeur

Would you dislike them if it was pictures of men or would you see the funny side? I'm not laughing at the women. But the pictures are hilarious. And if they're not, how come they are? Wink

OP posts:
pixiestix · 31/12/2011 14:09

Oh god, its one of those things you really oughtn't to laugh at BUT....

cardibach · 31/12/2011 14:09

Whether it is racist, sexist, bullying or whatever is beside the point. I don't see where the humour is - they aren't brilliantly witty cartoons with clever captions. I don't get it. Plus it is also racist, sexist and bullying.

rhondajean · 31/12/2011 14:11

I would feel exactly the same if it was men, women or aliens. Also the one of the black woman is spectacularly offensive - and she is very pretty in her picture.

cardibach · 31/12/2011 14:11

COuld someone who does find it funny try to explain where the humour lies? I genuinely don't know, and I laugh at many inappropriate things, I realise trying to explain humour kills it, but could you give it a go anyway?

Chubfuddler · 31/12/2011 14:12

Definitely racist and appears to hate women too.

Why is this funny?

LRDtheFeministDragon · 31/12/2011 14:12

I think that's cruel. It might be funny to do a caricature of your mate, but given he doesn't know these women, he shouldn't assume they'd be amused (and I don't think he did, I think he was just taking the piss).

Is it just me who thought they were faintly racist, too? Hur hur, there's a sketch of a black woman whose face is blacked out, hilarious. Or not. Hmm

bruxeur · 31/12/2011 14:12

Either way, tower. (I'm male, btw - he's still a dick).

LRDtheFeministDragon · 31/12/2011 14:12

Oops, big cross-post. Obviously not just me!

Chubfuddler · 31/12/2011 14:13

Yes I must add I find some pretty near the bone things funny, but this.... Words fail me really.

WorraLiberty · 31/12/2011 14:13

There's no point cardibach

It's visual humour. You either find it funny or you don't.

Different strokes and all that.

TheSpreadingChestnutTree · 31/12/2011 14:13

I don't think it is funny, it seems a bit school bullyish to me.
And also it is racist and sexist, so that's always a bit shit.
And how nasty to pick on someone who is in a rather vulnerable position of being judged by their appearance, and to judge them so harshly.
So, to sum up, I don't think it is funny.

JenniferEight · 31/12/2011 14:13

Brilliant? What a complete fucking wanker.

I take it you include the one of the black girl halfway down the page? Where he just draws a mass of black?

Yeah, brilliant Hmm

ThatsNotSantasBabyBelly · 31/12/2011 14:14

The humour is laughing at people for the way they look cardi That's all

I wonder why the artist only drew women, they could easily have trolled as a woman and depicted men.

Thumbinnapuddingwitch · 31/12/2011 14:15

I started out guiltily laughing at them but then got annoyed as he picked on people's weaknesses, and the blacking out one was really bad.

But no, I wouldn't like it to be done to me so I shouldn't have laughed and if that makes me sanctimonious and hypocritical then so be it. I do feel sorry for those women (especially the girl with the faintly crossed eyes - that could have been horrible for her). :(

LRDtheFeministDragon · 31/12/2011 14:16

It wouldn't be funny to do men either. Taking the piss out of the appearance of someone you don't know is low.

It just seems this guy happens to dislike women.

ChristinedePizaTinsel · 31/12/2011 14:17

I heard a German on the radio this morning saying that the difference between British and German humour is that British humour is much crueller. Judging by this thread I'd say he's spot on Hmm

MissPenteuth · 31/12/2011 14:17

I've seen that before, both posted on here and elsewhere. I think they're a bit mean.

LRDtheFeministDragon · 31/12/2011 14:17

thumb that one made me wince too, poor lass.

baubleybobbityhat · 31/12/2011 14:18

Another humourless old crone in the not remotely funny or even the tiniest bit clever camp here.

FrigidHare · 31/12/2011 14:19

Didn't we have this a month or so back? Looks familiar

ThatsNotSantasBabyBelly · 31/12/2011 14:21

LRD I wasnt suggesting he should have drawn men, just wondered why he didn't. I am assuming it is a "he"?

It is poking fun at people for their appearance, which is always shitty, and some of the people depicted look vunerable.

Not funny, just nasty.
