Thanks Mary! 1.5h north of Sydney in NSW - but all the states here have different attitudes to daylight savings; NSW do it, I can't remember if QLD do it, or Tasmania for that matter. So we have different time zones even just up the East coast! QLD are 1h different to us half of the time, if that makes sense! Adelaide is the best - it's half an hour different! Mad.
look at this link - it suggests that Tasmania is in sync with NSW though, which makes them 11h ahead, same as me.
Our daylight savings change on a different weekend to yours - so there is a short period of time twice a year when we are 10h ahead, but mostly it's either 9h or 11h. :)

Port Salut is good but nothing beats Boursin, Jj!
