to expect the waitrose grocery website to work 3 days before christmas??

so that i can edit my sodding christmas order. twice ive tried this morning and get error messages. the help centre are aware but not sure what the problem is (helpful). have presents left to buy and wrap, have a poorly DD who wants constant cuddles, have tons of cleaning to do etc etc.
anyone else having web issues??

I had a similar problem with Tesco's website yesterday, there was too much traffic as people were all editing orders they had booked weeks ago.
