I am sooooo sick of this.
Not been right since Thursday. Started off with tonsils like Polaris missiles, they're pretty much ok now but my head feels so congested it's going to blow and my chest hurts from all the coughing that's not shifting the yuck that's in there.

Nearly a week and oooooh I don't have time for this. Still got loads to do for the weekend.

Normally I can plough on through colds but this one I can barely move. Oh and we're in the middle of potty training DD too.

BORED NOW.

yanbu, I hate being ill. It's a waste of time and boring. Hate it. Sad

Everyone seems to have this cold. It knocked me out for 10 days and I'm 'never' ill. My friends got it now and she's ill less often than me!! It's nasty!

CoffeeBucks · 21/12/2011 11:05

YANBU, coughs and colds are rubbish and boring. Hope you feel better soon.

sweetsantababy · 21/12/2011 11:33

AngryGnome · 21/12/2011 11:57

I am ill and it is rubbish.

Norovirus? Why, thank you. And bronchitis as well? At the same time? The week before Christmas? What a beautiful festive double whammy.

The Christmas elves have well and truly shat on me this year.
Ho fucking ho ho. Xmas Angry

IHeartKingThistle · 21/12/2011 12:02

Blimey. Hope you all feel better soon.

Slilou · 21/12/2011 12:06

AngryGnome · 21/12/2011 12:11

DS has been exiled to the grandparents until norovirus passes, so for past 3 days have only been able to see him through skype! This is only our second christmas with him - last year passed by in a blur of newborn shock and sleep deprivation! - so I am feeling ridiculously emotional.

(I even cried at a repeat episode of Tonight's the Night with John Barrowman where he made a little girl's dreams of dancing with The Saturdays come true - someone please shoot me now!)

PeneloPeePitstop · 21/12/2011 12:38

Oh no AG, I can't imagine how bloody awful that is for you.
Had noro a couple of weeks back.... that plus what I've got together.... ewwww.

Hope it clears soon x

DD2 is curled up in bed feeling yuck. She is usually very hard to get to stay still. She says it's a waste of Christmas holidaysSad

AngryGnome · 21/12/2011 13:45

Let's hope we are all better for Christmas eve! I am clicking my shiny red heels, calling on fmy airy godmother, and possible even calling up rumpelstiltskin in order for this to happen (despite doctor's advice to expect it to be at least a couple of weeks)
