'Tis my first ever name and shame.
I placed an order on Friday and paid £6.95 for next day delivery. No delivery yesterday or today; I called the shop and was told that they are having lots of problems at the moment with deliveries, and that hopefully my order should arrive tomorrow or Thursday. I asked what is the point of paying for next day delivery then? The rep replied they can refund the delivery charge if I ask - I said I should not have to ask, you failed to deliver, it should be automatically refunded and you should be warning customers before they place an order that you are unable to meet your commitments. She could not do anything but did apologise.
I am not amused.
