To lurk around MN planning my fantasy life?

I dip into baby names and select some ideas for DC3 that's not going to happen, get meal ideas for dinner parties I'm not going to have and even in times of extreme craziness glimpse at living overseas and pick where I'd move to.

Am I the only one that does this?

I join in Nanny dramas when I don't have a nanny, help people to decide between expensive boots that I can't afford and suggest holiday destinations that I pretend I've been too.

Oh and I sometimes, when really bored, give advice and opinion in private school choices I have no idea about!!

I post lengthy diatribes about stuff I have absolutely no knowledge of and then delete as the level of detail I put in would be enough to out me to the window cleaner, let alone people I actually know!

I dip into Baby Names and pass judgement on pretty much every name I read.

I prefer the BBC Good Food Guide for fantasy meal ideas.

I also suggest activities for small children that i dont have the guts to try with my own, have offered sling advice despite being too scared of falling over to ever try one and love threads about 'staff' e.g. cleaners, nannies etc and pretend to know what people are going on about

MudAndGlitter I think I am waaaay too honest! I'm going to start being a little minx I think. I don't ever post anything that isn't true! And I do/would feel really offended if my credentials were doubted!!

i never post anything personal that isnt true. i just pretend to have an opinion on things I know nothing about!
Most the time i chuckle about what people consider to be important problems!
