How would it have drawn attention to the smily issue?

I once at a cat, but it was my way of trying to attract the attention of the fire brigase. Dont know about you lot, but i find the whole 999 bollockwhackery to be pretty clunky.

MNHQ have fixed the smilies but are still arseing about with other stuff I think. We suspect they were on a christmas jolly up this lunch time and are too pissed still trying to fix stuff.
