My husband has always been prone to sebaceous cysts on his scalp. He had one removed once and brought it home for me as I am a boil bursting, blackhead squeezing spot porn person. It was like a little peanut. He has three at the moment and they are huge and wobbly, like iced gems under his scalp. After watching this video (warning, bad music and explicit cyst squeezing) I really want him to have them burst and let me go and watch. I have had two of these removed from my scalp. The last one I nearly fainted , it had been there for some time but was getting bigger - it was so tied in with fibrous tissues etc it was a real pulling session to get it out .

They dont burst them they cut them out.

My brother squeezed one of mine on my back and he said "a tiny rock came out!" and then it never came back so reading through this it sounds like he succesfully removed it. Prior to the rock, he had only ever got cheesy smelling, well, cheese.

Then I've never had once since but I live in hope.

Hubby has one on his back but is a bit of a wuss so gets a bit peaky when I draw blood but then I do have salon length acrylics.

I have four or five on my head - one oozes occasionally, then refills the rest are dormant. But I did have one that got infected after I picked it and needed antibiotics, so do be careful?
